People live and work in Miami Beach their
entire lives and never get to the beach. Now Eastview Developers and GTIS
partners have joined forces to bring the beach to the city. Construction is
scheduled to begin in early 2014 on Miami’s only luxury high-rise with
beachfront. Biscayne Beach will
boast 399 units of opulent residences overlooking Biscayne Bay and the
magnificent Miami City skyline. This visionary condominium and beach club will
provide residents with every extravagance money can provide in residential
living space and every diversion a tropical vacation can buy.
The
Beach Club
Biscayne Beach will have 225
linear feet of beachfront. Here residents and club members will have private
dockage for boats and swimming, access to a variety of water sports including
kayaks, jet skis, snorkeling, rafts and paddle boards. Beach cabana’s and
lounge areas will have towel service.
Private water sports storage will be available.
The Biscayne
Beach Club Bar and an internationally renowned restaurant will be just
off the water on the beach level. A zero entry Biscayne Beach Club pool as well as 6 residential pools will also
be on the Beach Club level.
Resident’s Club Level
Just in case there wasn’t enough to occupy
time, the Resident’s Club Level at Biscayne
Beach will provide a few more things to do. Two tennis courts and a
basketball courts will be available for the athletically inclined. A Great room will appeal to the
intellectually motivated with a library, a theater and pool tables will round
out activities. Also on this level will be a Resident’s Park for quiet meditation.
Lobby
Level
The Lobby Level at Biscayne Beach will offer an indoor/outdoor bar, secured valet
parking, and an Owner’s Club with fitness center, spa, and beauty center. A
private entrance provides anonymity for residents and Beach Club members.
Interior
Design
The interior design firm of Thom Filicia of
the award winning television show “Queer eye for the Straight Guy” has
partnered with Biscayne Beach to provide
cutting edge contemporary design edged with classic overtones. Mr. Filicia has provided his unique creative
style to celebrity projects including Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, Tina Fey
and Peter Jennings. He is an award winning designer.
The
Residences
399 opulent residences in one to four bedroom
designs with den options will be available at Biscayne Bay. Each residence features floor to ceiling glass
enclosed windows and doors. Balconies provide spectacular views of Biscayne Bay
and of the City of Miami. Penthouses can include private rooftop terraced gardens
and outdoor kitchens.

Life-Beach Life
The planning and attention to detail that will
combine the best of city life and the proximity of beach life shows innovative
