architects - De Meuron and Herzog and is being developed by the Fortune
International. These two architects are credited for designing other popular
structures such as the China’s Bird nest sports field, the Perez museum on
Biscayne Bay which is currently under construction and as well as the 111
Lincoln Road.
Jade Signature’s residential rooms range from one bedroom to five bedrooms.
All units in this building have an excellent ocean view front. The building has
amenities such as bench front pool, lap pool, gardens, yoga area, plunge pools,

reservations in advance. The booking price is between $1200 per square feet.
